The In-feed is robust with logical controls which are easily understood. It can be bolted to a deck joining it to other Rolt machines, or it may be moved around on a pallet truck, to feed material into any machine.

Key Features
- Unwinds in either direction, so that material can feed either way up.
- Splice table enables joins to be made during a run with ease.
- Hold down bars to hold the web whilst splicing.
- Cushioned stop and start - soft inks are not damaged.
- Feed system detects 50 micron transparent material.
- Reload warning light, easily visible from elsewhere on the press, indicates when roll has run out.
- Adjustable nip pressure, all the way down to zero so that even the most tricky substrates can be fed.
What’s New
The in-feed is fitted with a vacuum drum in-feed system to ensure that colours printed during a previous pass through the machine are not damaged when fed through the machine again. This system ensures that the top of the web is not touched. A second mandrel is fitted for inter-leave removal.
