Product Overview
This printer is a simple high speed flatbed design for registration printing of all types of label stock, various transfer substrates and electronic circuits. The printer will deliver a good 15 metres per minute quotable speed with a quick turnaround. It has a strong double-sided squeegee mounting with an air regulator to set the squeegee pressure. This design pre-longs stencil life and minimises the distortion of the screen. The most common print area is 330mm wide x 500mm long, and the maximum web width is 350mm, 150mm minimum. It should be noted that multiple up printing can be done and re-registered on a finishing line. The registration system makes the machine ideally suitable for overprinting webs from other machines, such as flexo or offset.
